Felicia Yvette Rayford, 41, of Nation Road in Hodges was found dead early Tuesday morning according to the Greenwood County Coroner's Office. The coroner's office investigator says the case is being investigated as a homicide.

Charles Ray Belcher, 46, was also found dead at his home on DeVore Road, in Donalds according to the Abbeville County Coroner. He died from a self-inclicted gunshot wound.

Investigators say Belcher called 911 to alert them to come to the scene where he was found dead around 12:45 a.m. Tuesday. Coroner Ronnie Ashley says that Belcher had two gunshot wounds.

An autopsy for Belcher will be held Tuesday.

Ashley says he didn't know the relationship between the two people, but the Greenwood County Sheriff's Office is investigating Rayford's homicide.

The death of Belcher is also being investigated by the Abbeville County Sheriff's Office and SLED.

Ray Rice has won the appeal of his indefinite suspension by the NFL, which has been "vacated immediately," the players' union said Friday. The appeal was heard earlier this month by former U.S. District Judge Barbara S. Jones. She was deciding whether the NFL overstepped its authority in modifying Rice's two-game suspension, making it indefinite after video of the Baltimore Ravens running back punching his fiancee- now his wife.
